It's All Customer Service

Can customer service excellence really be the key to a great and successful business?

Customer service excellence alone will not make a great business will it?

The answer is a resounding yes!

But what about your personal life?  Great customer service would have no impact on that, would it?

Once again the answer ....... is  YES!

 

 I imagine a large group of the population would dispute this....... If everyone agreed then excellent customer service would not be so rare and elusive.

 

So let's get down to it shall we? Start giving me examples of how I'm wrong ........ I'll explain to you how I'm actually not wrong

 

Warning:  I have access to a self proclaimed customer service fanatic (Ross from the book The Gold Apples) so it's going to be tough to best me.
